Med Matrix and Foleys Fitness are teaming up to host an ice bath event where we challenge you to do an ice bath for one minute to raise money for Revolution Wellness! A charity that helps veterans and first responders reclaim mental and physical health. Come anytime between 8-12 on October 12th if you are up for a challenge!
